Super Buu vs Super Janemba

This topic generally causes a lot of arguments between DragonBall Z fans. It also has long been around but still has remained unanswered, and it's about time fans find out. In this topic, we have the Majin Buu Side, and the opposing side, Janemba Side.

Janemba and Super Buu are among the most powerful villains in the series. However, either one of them must be slightly stronger than the other, which is really really easy to spot. Some fans may agree with what's going to be revealed, some may not, and some may even get mad. Regardless, they must accept the fact.

This is Janemba in his second form. He assumed this demon-looking form when Super Saiyan 3 Goku gave him a devastating beating. Unlike his first form, which was a huge monster roughly the size of an Oozaru, this one is only a size of a tall man. Upon taking this form, his power increases greatly and he can now use the Bunkai Teleport in which he degenerates to disappear and then regenerates to reappear behind his opponent to cut him down.

In most DragonBall Z games, Janemba is usually exagerrated to be very powerful and was able to overpower Super Saiyan 3 Goku. Just what do they mean by "overpowering" Goku? Do they mean overpowering Goku by pounding him to death like a helpless trash, or overpowering him by using dirty tactics? Well, it is true that Janemba is stronger than most villains that were encountered before him, but he doesn't far surpass Super Saiyan 3 Goku in terms of brute strength. As you remember, Goku was holding himself pretty well against Janemba and was outclassing him in hand-to-hand combat that Janemba was starting to get irritated. Super Saiyan 3 Goku started losing because he couldn't stay in his SSJ3 form for a long time. Thus, when he reverted back to his base form, that's when he began to lose to Janemba. Imagine if Goku could stay in SSJ3 like he can in his previous Super Saiyan forms, then there would be a good chance that he could've beaten Janemba even if he had his sword.

Janemba is not really as strong as some fans claim he is, unlike the next guy in our topic.

The determination of Super Buu's power level is perhaps more complex than any other villains' in the series, since his powers vary greatly each time he sucks up a fighter. In his original Super form, Buu's powers are greatly superior to a SS2 but inferior to SS3 and Mystic Gohan. However, when he absorbs Gotenks and Piccolo, he becomes what most fans refer to as Buutenks. As Buutenks, his power level matches that of Mystic Gohan and SSJ3 Goku's. It's safe to assume that this form is already equal in strength and power to Janemba, maybe even stronger, since as mentioned before, SSJ3 Goku was able to land several hits on Janemba. Super Buu was able to attain a much greater power upon absorbing Gohan and upon doing so, he transformed into what fans call, Buuhan or Mystic Buu, Majin Buu's ultimate form. As Buuhan, he has Gotenks', Piccolo's, and Gohan's powers all at his disposal which when added up together with his own, would make SSJ3 Goku's abilities seem like a joke. Buuhan is undeniably the most powerful villain in DBZ.
